Control Roller Mill  Description

PLC and stepless speed-variable feeding technique to maintain the stock at the optimum height inside the inspection section, and assure the stock to overspread the feeding roll in continuous milling process;

Flip-open type protective cover for convenience of maintenance and cleaning;

Modularized feeding mechanism allows the feeding roll to turn out for extra stock cleaning and keeping the stock from deterioration;

Precise and stable grinding roll clearance; multiple damping devices for minimum vibration and reliable fine-adjustable lock;

Tailored high-power off-gauge toothed belt used in driving between grinding rolls for the demands of high power drive;

Screw-rod tensioner as adjusting device for precise tension adjustment of toothed belt.
